What's Happening

It’s Spring:

The season has arisen for potential severe weather. Corporate Security and Safety wants to remind everyone that when severe weather approaches, please listen to overhead announcements for directions in your buildings if applicable.

Reminder: during tornado warnings you are required to move away from exterior walls and windows and proceed to the nearest severe weather designated area within your buildings. Preferably, these areas consist of restrooms, elevators lobbies, and stairwells. If you have any questions, please contact your Floor Captains for further details.

Remember to monitor the storm by listening for the “all clear” announcement. Do not leave the designated areas until told to do so. Our goal is to make sure everyone is safe.

If you have any questions, please contact our Corporate Security Operations Center at 402-602-3911 for details.

Douglas County Emergency Management: “Severe weather awareness week is the week of March 27.  The NWS Valley website should have more information if needed.”

Respectfully Submitted,
Corporate Security & Safety
